For doctors, therapists and coaches who are exhausted by the work they love: The work isn’t draining you. Your nervous system is.

You were trained well. You understand trauma. You know attachment theory, nervous system biology, the importance of the therapeutic relationship. That knowledge is real — and it matters.

But here’s what nobody told you: knowing it isn’t the same as being able to stand in it.

Your training gave you one leg to stand on. A strong one — theory, understanding, clinical skill. What it didn’t give you was the second leg: the embodied capacity to stay regulated while holding someone else’s pain. To be present with trauma, not just informed about it.
You can’t stand on one leg. Not for long. Not sustainably.

That’s why your clients understand their patterns but don’t change. Why the sessions that go deepest leave you the most depleted. Why knowing more — reading another book, doing another training — doesn’t seem to fix it. It’s not a knowledge problem. It was never a knowledge problem.
The second leg was simply never taught.

That’s what this work is for.

Being True, also when life feels messy

Most people talk about growth as if it’s a straight line.As if healing means moving forward with grace, certainty, and a perfectly curated living room. But the truth is far more human — and far more holy. In this week’s episode of Sacred Conversations, Suze speaks from...

Responsibility: The Soul’s Ability to Respond

In this episode of The Suze Maclaine Pont Show, Suze and Jakko explore the deeper meaning of responsibility — not as carrying the weight of the world, but as our ability to respond from the soul rather than from survival. They discuss the three layers of...

WHAT I TEACH

This work isn’t about adding more tools to your belt. It’s about changing who you are when you walk into the room — so your presence itself becomes the healing.

Everything I do rests on three pillars:

1. Trauma as a Gateway

You don’t need more techniques. You need to BECOME the healing itself. Most training teaches you to use tools ON clients.
This training teaches you to embody the transformation—so your presence IS the healing.

2. Soul Alignment

From striving to truth. From “prove” to presence. From hoping God takes over to revealing God within.

3. Embodied Leadership

Success without peace is unsustainable. Lead from a quiet center—set boundaries without guilt, act without overthinking.

THE CERTIFICATION:

MASTERING THE SECOND LEG

A two-year professional training for doctors, therapists and coaches who are ready to stop performing and start embodying transformation. You already master the first leg, the leg of theory and knowlegde and tools.

This Cerification teaches you to master the leg of BEING. Of connecting. Or nervous system regulation and holding space, not just so that clients heal during sessions, but sothat YOU become the healing tool in your own life (and theirs)!

This work is only partly about what you do in sessions, mostly it is about who you dare to be for yourself when nobody is watching…

Year 1 — Building the Second Leg

This is where you develop the embodied capacity your training never gave you. You work through four themes:

· Shame & Intimacy · Attachment & Connection · Fear & Trust · Dissociation & Integration

By the end of Year 1, you have a nervous system that can hold what your clients bring — without it living in your body for the rest of the week.

Year 1 can be taken as a complete year programme, or module by module. Not ready to commit to a full year? Start with one module and feel the work for yourself.

Year 2 — Facilitating the Depth

Once you have the second leg, Year 2 teaches you how to bring this depth into your work with clients. Not another technique. A complete rewiring of how you show up in sessions.

      Fear & Trust – July 2026

      Dissociation & Integration – October 2026

        THE BOOK

De Onverdedigde Staat — Je kunt niet helen wat er niet is (The Undefended State — You cannot heal what isn’t there)

In this book, Suze explores why so many healing professionals carry wounds they have never named — and what becomes possible when they finally stop defending themselves against their own life. She goes deep into the origins of developmental trauma and explains why using tools and techniques to ‘fix’ what seems broken rarely leads to the deepest change.

Yes, we can learn to function better. But TRUE change comes from something else. From finishing the job of building what was never built in the first place.

Written for doctors, therapists and coaches who are ready to meet themselves as honestly as they meet their clients.

Currently available for pre-order in Dutch. The English edition is expected around June.

        LISTEN TO THE PODCAST

Suze hosts two podcasts — one in English, one in Dutch — both circling the same territory: what it means to live and work from Soul rather than survival.

The most meaningful conversations are never about finding the right answer, but about asking the deeper questions.

In this podcast, Jakko and I sit down together to explore life, God, the Soul, and the hidden stories that shape our lives. We share the questions that stay with us—about love, healing, faith, and being human. About where we meet God in the middle of our everyday lives.

Faith sometimes sparks our reflections, but it is never the final word. What matters is how we can live with God, here and now.

This is not a sermon and not a study—it’s a searching, sacred conversation.

Over leven. Over geloof. Over mens zijn. Over de Bijbel.
