Stop Fixing Trauma. Start Becoming the Safest Person in the Room.

The Inner Compass Community for Trauma & Spirituality — where therapists, doctors, pastors, and coaches learn to co-regulate with the Divine and work from presence, not protocol.

You’re exhausted. And you know something has to change.

You went into this work to help people heal. To make a difference. To use your gifts.

But somewhere along the way, it started draining you.

You feel it:

  1. After every session, you’re depleted — holding their pain, absorbing their dysregulation
  2. You know the techniques, but you’ve lost the trust — in yourself, in the process, in life
  3. You try to “fix” your clients’ trauma, but you can’t fix your own nervous system
  4. You second-guess yourself constantly: Am I doing enough? Am I good enough?
  5. You work harder, learn more modalities, but nothing changes the underlying exhaustion

Here’s what no one told you:

You can’t hold trauma for others if you haven’t learned to hold it in yourself.

You can’t guide someone back to trust if you don’t trust life.

You can’t be the safest person in the room if your nervous system is running on survival mode.

The real work isn’t learning another technique.

The real work is learning to come home to yourself — so deeply that your presence alone becomes the healing.

This is your homebase.

The Inner Compass Community is not another course. It’s not a certification program (though it can lead you there).

It’s a sanctuary.

A place where you get to be human.
A place where you’re held, not just the holder.
A place where you learn to co-regulate with God — so your work becomes an extension of trust, not technique.

Here, you will:

Build an inner compass that guides you through even the hardest trauma cases — without burning out

Learn to work from presence, not protocol — your nervous system becomes the intervention

Reconnect faith as a felt experience — not belief, but embodied trust in the order of life

Find your people — therapists, coaches, and healers who speak the language of depth

Become the safest person in the room — for your clients AND yourself

A rhythm that holds you, not overwhelms you.

We’ve designed this community so you can engage deeply without adding stress.

  3. embodied practice
  4. group reflection

Soulful Sundays

First Sunday of each month — a teaching from Suze, then optional live reflection groups led by alumni (max 10 per group)

The Commons

Ongoing reflections, questions, insights. Daily Prompts like:

“Where did you notice God in your sessions this week?”

“What shifted when you stopped trying to fix?”

    Bi-Monthly Community Days (In-Person, Optional)

This community is for you if:

You’re a therapist, doctor, pastor, coach, or healing professional working with trauma
You feel drained after sessions and know this can’t be sustainable
You want to work from who you are, not just what you know
You’re ready to heal your own nervous system — not someday, but now
You believe trauma is not a problem to fix, but a doorway to depth
You want to integrate God, spirituality, or the sacred into your work (but don’t know how)
You’re tired of surface-level communities and want real professional depth

This is NOT for you if:

You want a quick fix or a “5-step system”
You’re looking for another certification (this is a community, not a course)
You need everything mapped out 6 months in advance
You’re not ready to do your own inner work

You’re hoping for a religious community – yes we are spiritual, but this community is not for any sepcific denomination or church and you will NOT find dogma here

Why this isn’t like other trauma communities:

    1. We lead with the living, not the curriculum
Each month follows what’s alive — in the world, in you, in the work. December’s theme responds to the chaos of the season. You won’t get a rigid 12-month plan. You’ll get what you actually need, when you need it.

    2. We don’t teach techniques. We build capacity.
You already know what to do. The question is: can your nervous system hold what your clients bring? That’s what we train.

    3. This is trauma work through a sacred lens
We don’t separate God from the body. Faith is not belief — it’s felt trust. And we teach you how to build it.

    4. You’re held by people who’ve done the work
Our certified alumni lead pods, host Sundays, and walk this path with you. They’re not “experts” — they’re companions.

    Suze Maclaine Pont

is a trauma therapist, shipbuilding engineer, and theologian who spent 25 years asking one question:

“Why don’t we do what we know we should do?”

Her answer: Because knowing isn’t enough. You have to rebuild the foundation.

Suze trains therapists, coaches, and leaders to work from their Inner Compass — the part of you that knows, without thinking, what’s true. Her method integrates:

    • Developmental trauma theory (Reich, Lowen, Hellinger, van der Kolk)
    • Nervous system regulation
    • Embodied spirituality
    • Professional depth

She’s worked with CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, led innovation projects across 25 cultures, and now dedicates her life to helping healers heal — so they can do their work without burning out.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Is this only for therapists?

No. This is for anyone working professionally with trauma — therapists, doctors, nurses, coaches, pastors, social workers, educators.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Everything is recorded. You can watch replays and still participate in discussions.

How is this different from your certification?

The community is ongoing support and learning. The certification (ITTC) is a structured 1-year intensive training. Many community members eventually enroll in the certification, but it’s not required.

I'm not religious. Is this still for me?

Yes. “God” here means the intelligence of life — the order beneath the chaos. You don’t need to be religious to feel it.

Can I get CEUs or professional credits?

Not for the community itself, but the certification does offer credits.

What if I need to pause my membership?

You can cancel anytime. When you return, you’ll still have access.

The world doesn’t need more burned-out healers.

It needs you — whole, grounded, and alive.

It needs you working from trust, not survival.

It needs you to become the safest person in the room.

    That’s what we build here.
